We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Flotsam has two fabulous fully self-contained studios, right at the entrance to the Tasman Peninsula. Each has their own private surroundings and fantastic views. We are about 30 mins due east of Hobart Airport. It's ideal for one-night stays, but, if time permitting, treat yourself to a few days so you can explore this incredible area which is all within easy reach. The Studios are well-designed and modern, and have lovely touches which will make your stay very comfortable and special.

Your space is a modern, clean, fully self-contained studio apartment on a beautiful 15 acre property, with stunning views, 30 minutes from Hobart city and 15 minutes from the airport. The gorgeous Tasman Peninsula and all it has to offer is just down the road. Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Relax in secluded comfort in our house on a coastal tidewater. Surrounded by wildlife and in easy reach of a superb beach and Tasmania's finest food and drink, relax on the encircling deck or in the hammocks, birdwatch from the deck, play boules or go cycling, sit around the fire pits at night, barbeque some fine local produce or use as a base for nearby beaches, birdwatching, vineyards or bushwalking, including the Three Capes Track or trips to Port Arthur.

Prospect@Premaydena is situated on a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and bush. It is 5 minutes drive from the nearest little township, Nubeena, and provides a perfect base for exploring all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer. The house yard is well-fenced and secure and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not any other pets. (Note: there is further information below regarding bringing your dog(s). Please read it before making your booking.)
