Downstairs 2 Queen bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and heatpump. Garage is NOT available for guest use. NB steep internal stairs for children

A beautiful home in a stunning location overlooking Marahau, Adele Island and Abel Tasman National Park. Built with earth block and wood, this home has a warm and inviting character, surrounded by native forest, you will relax to the sound of Bell birds and Tuis. The master bedroom opens onto a private patio facing north, to capture morning sun and the ever-present view of the National Park. Two further bedrooms look out over native forest, creating plenty of space for family or guests.

Situated outside of the delightful township of Motueka we have built this tiny retreat and are super excited to be able to offer this unique accommodation experience to others. Kaiteriteri Beach House is a 2 bedroom home that has stunning elevated views over the ever changing Kaiteriteri Estuary, a beautiful location nestled amongst native trees and citrus. This house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, all that you need to do now is get out, be active and explore the local area and all its beautys! The house is located approximately 5 minutes walk to either the main beach and within 1 minute of riding you can assess the bike park.

Fabulous architecturally designed home available for families, couples and even furry friends. Less than 200 metres walk down to picturesque Dummy Bay with its beautiful golden sands; approximately 700 metres to Little Kaiteriteri beach; and approximately 1.4 km to the main Kaiteriteri beach. Wonderful views and pet friendly.

The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling.
