This beautiful street-level one-bedroom apartment sits across the street from the ocean, where you can take a dip and enjoy the beach. The apartment was recently redone and has a small bedroom with a queen size bed, small bathroom, full kitchen, and living room area with pull-out couch. This authentic beach cottage is centrally-located in the fishing village of Menemsha with stunning views of the sunset, the harbor, the beach and Menemsha Creek. Charter a fishing boat in the harbor across the street or spend the day on the beach just a few steps away. As you meander back to the house, pick up fresh fish to grill on the deck or pre-cooked lobsters and steamers. If you prefer to eat out, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a walk around the corner to dinner with a view.

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

We are located right between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown offering easy access to all down-island towns and bike paths. The development provides access to dock on Sengekontacket (where you'll find our two kayaks) a freshwater pond, and tennis/pickle ball courts for you to enjoy.

With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)
