Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

From the ground floor is a terrace (20m2) with an unforgettable view of the sea. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that have balconies. Guests have parking in the yard, fireplace for barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by olive trees and mediterranean flowers.

It is a charming apartment that has one bedroom on gallery with double bed and sofa , bathroom with toilet and small kitchen with living room . Apartment is completely equipped .There is also a dishwasher with washing tablets in the kitchen.
