It consists of a double bedroom, sitting area with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery, pots and pans and includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. There is a small terrace with a wonderful view of the Old Town, Adriatic sea and island Lokrum. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, Wireless internet, hair dryer, iron, clean towels and bed linen.

Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
