Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Is in a very good location right on the Swiss border, 2 minutes on foot to the drinks market, ALDI 4 minutes, Pizzeria Engel and Thai/Chinese restaurant 2 minutes and the thermal baths in Bad Zurzach are about 10 minutes away. The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

The apartment is a 3min walk to the tram 9 station where you can comfortably get to the airport & the city in 20-25min. Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but it’s fully stocked & features lots of cookbooks so you can rustle up something yourself for a quiet night in followed by a glass of wine on the balcony. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
