The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.
