We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

We are located near both Boise's famous foothills and Boise river green-belt. It's an excellent landing pad for visiting friends and relatives, or for checking out the town. We also have loaner bicycles available in adult and kid sizes for exploring. FYI as of now there is no TV but wifi access is good.
