Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

The charming neighborhood, which is over a century old, is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with a well-established bike route just a half-block away from the Airbnb. This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
