Miles of trails within easy walking distance, along Ashby Canal and through Donisthorpe Woodland Park. You can also rent bikes at Hicks Lodge, which is a 3 minute drive away. Other local attractions include Moira Furnace (1.6 miles), Conkers (2 miles), Cattows Farm (5.3 miles), and Twycross Zoo (6.2 miles).

Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive).
