Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

The Northwoods House - Direct ATV Access

Cozy, yet spacious home in the heart of the North Country. Centrally located in the Pittsburg/Colebrook area, this home offers a wonderful basecamp for any activity you're traveling North for. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet friendly home located on an ATV trail. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and large tvs with multiple streaming services available. Front porch is the perfect place to take your coffee or have a night cap while listening to Bishop Brook and taking in the sweet smell of balsam.

Our large driveway and basement entrance are perfect for adventurous getaways, with plenty of space to park machines. Direct ATV/snowmobile access right from the driveway! The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, with their own hallway bathroom. Our large kitchen and open-concept dining/living room make for a great place to gather!

L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

Spooner Lodge offers a private dock for fishing Back Lake and are minutes from the Connecticut River’s "Trophy Stretch." The public boat launch is only 1/4 mile away—perfect for easy entry before you tie up to your private dock for the duration of your stay. Experience the legendary "Ice Out" season while casting for trophy brook trout right from your doorstep. With a full-house generator and high-speed Wi-Fi, it’s the ultimate North Woods lake home base for your next adventure.
