The House at Creekside is situated overlooking The River Dart and Dartmouth. Five minutes walk into the Village of Kingswear. There are 3 Bedrooms . 3 Luxurious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and no 3 Ensuite , Egyptian Cotton Linen.Extra charges apply after 2 Guests. The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Plenty of private Deck and terrace spaces.

Destiny Lodge

Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Parking permit is provided

Games room with pool table, 65 inch flat screen TV with full SKY & BT package Sauna Outdoor hot tub, BBQ & garden games. Large fully fitted kitchen and dinning room Countryside views can be enjoyed from the master suite, living room, balcony and gardens. Whilst only being minutes away from Torbay's famous beaches and attractions, with the south hams only minutes in the other direction.

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Completely enclosed garden (Dog & small children safe). I don't charge a cleaning fee. A local host. I'm overwhelmed by the lovely reviews received by my guests.

One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Welcome to the Old Chantry, a spacious town house located in the heart of Dartmouth next to the old Cherub pub. A permit allows free Mayors Avenue car parking. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, this property is perfect for people who like being in a bustling environment and want to enjoy real life in a seaside town! This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!
