Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In der Wohnung findet sich alles, was Sie für einen kurzen oder auch langen Aufenthalt benötigen. Und, Sie sind für sich alleine, mit eigenem Eingang.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ideal für Einzelpersonen, Paare und Familien mit 1-2 Kindern. Die 4 Fahrräder und der Grill können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist kein reines Ferienhaus es sind auch private Sachen von uns vorhanden.
