Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. Perfect for friends and family looking to escape and reconnect or couples looking for a romantic getaway. Be it hiking our private trails in the summer, bird watching in the spring, or sitting around the wood burning stove with some apple cider donuts in the fall, if you love nature you will love Grotto Grove!

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

Quiet property,almost 8 acres, of beautiful wooded property . Set back from the road. Many trails, wineries and breweries nearby. Legoland is 20 minutes away and many antique shops within 30 minutes or so. We live in the other house on the property, so we are accessible. You can take a stroll on the path by the stream or sit on the spacious 35 x 10 foot deck and enjoy the natural setting of the property. Fire pit is now available. Enjoy the night air and gaze at the stars.

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.
