This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Black Diamond

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Allandale Bush Retreat

A nice relaxing bush setting,on a lifestyle block, that also has farm animals.( chickens, ducks & sheep). There is seasonal fruit to pick from our trees, such as apples pears & feijoas. You can have breakfast outdoors with the bellbirds or a barbecue in the evening. We are only an hours walk along a beach track to the local Otorimiro(Governors Bay) hotel , or else it is 5 minutes drive. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the Port Hill walking tracks and mountain bike trails.

Kakariki Ecostay

A beautiful private hill-side sanctuary in Sumner overlooking Christchurch with a clear view to the southern alps, estuary & the whole of pegasus bay. This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Luxury Cass Bay Retreat (A)

Stay in a 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the beautiful Cass Bay, 25 mins from Christchurch CBD and 5 minutes from Lyttelton village. The modern cottage has one bedroom, lounge/living area, and private deck. Cooking facilities include a BBQ on the deck, small bench-top oven, and microwave. With drive on and additional road side parking, guests also enjoy 2 kayaks and a public boat ramp 75m away.
