The Claremont Hotel Adult only - Double Room

The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

A wonderful retreat for couples and their dogs on the North Devon coast. This luxury lodge is airy, open plan and modern, a private deck, hot tub and en-suite king size master bedroom. One of a small collection, it is set in an idyllic location just minutes from the 3 mile beach at Saunton Sands and close to the South West Coast Path which travels a scenic path along the Taw Estuary to Instow. Middle Thorne is the middle lodge of the three on the right side of the site.

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 & 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
