Nestled in Exmouth’s vibrant town centre, and close to the stunning seafront (0.3mi), where you can enjoy water-sports, scenic walks along the golden Sandy Jurassic Coastline or endless opportunities for hiking on Woodbury Common or the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park. We offer a warm and friendly self contained flat with 1 bedroom, cozy living area with optional sofa bed, for slightly older kids, kitchen and shower room.

Light and airy home with views towards Dartmoor

A detached bungalow with minimal modern furnishings. Small garden with patio, table and chairs. Large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area with a wood burner. One bedroom, with a king size bed. One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

The Salt House, Fore Street Ilfracombe

The Salt House offers independently run self catering holiday accommodation in a generously proportioned Victorian house on Fore Street in the heart of Ilfracombe's harbour area. The Salt House has two bathrooms (one ensuite) three large double bedrooms (one super king sized and two king sized beds which can be arranged as twins) a large kitchen dining room and a spacious, comfortable lounge. The entrance hall offers storage for surfboards, bicycles and outdoor gear. We are pet friendly.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
