Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated over three years using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more. Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
