This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.

The unit features private access from the side entrance and 17' high vaulted ceilings with a skylight ribbon that cuts through the space to reveal a slice of the sky. Our full kitchen is stocked with essentials. A dining table can accommodate work or meals. The bedroom has a gorgeous view to historic Michigan Central Train Depot.
