Villa Olivia, one of two newly built villas, collectively named Elysian Villas, is a lovely three bedroom villa nestled in private gardens below the sleepy village of Paliokatouna, overlooking cosmopolitan Nidri with views across the beautiful Ionian Sea. Guests at villa Olivia enjoy the best of both worlds; a quiet and relaxing environment at the villa plus, within an easy 850m walking distance, the bustle of coastal Nidri with a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy!

A stylish and cosy stone studio for two, in the middle of the picturesque Spartochori village, Meganisi. Located at the ground floor, featuring two single beds which connect to form a king size bed, an ensuite shower room, small kitchenette with two electric hobs and fridge, a desk. A dining table is for your use just outside the premises. At the side of the courtyard there is a small pool, shared with the two suites of Teacher’s House. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Traditional cottage style stone house on the quiet village of Vlycho. It has been fully renovated but has kept the elements of the local architecture. Staying here is like having the real experience of being in a typical greek village which has not be changed by tourism. The inside decoration has the air of a light and a delicate country house.
