This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying.

Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze from the relaxing hot tub!

This unique place has a style all its own. Great Location! 2 beds 1 bath Loft - 3rd floor loft with an open floor plan, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the loft for added privacy. Building is secure with three entrances, elevator and off-street parking.
