This lovingly updated space features an open-plan living area, contrasting textures and patterns, chic furnishings, kitchenette, and shared access to the lush backyard with a fire pit. Come and enjoy Texas sunshine through the gracious windows on all four walls of your private apartment. Please be assured that surfaces in this space are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants. All towels and bed linens, including bed spreads and blankets are laundered between guests. Spray Lysol is available for your added convenience. Elegant and comfortable, the Carriage House is centrally located, right at Central Expressway and Mockingbird, excitingly close to all the fun restaurants, bars, shopping, theaters and museums in Dallas. You won't find a better place, either for comfort or location. In addition to the queen size bed, the couch folds out to accommodate another person. Everything you need for a visit, long or short, is available and handy. Arriving late for check-in? No problem, there's an electric lock on the door, so you can check yourself in, as late as you want. Newly remodeled, the Carriage House is on the second floor of a separate building behind our home. The property is located just a few blocks from SMU and some of the more popular entertainment areas in Dallas, including Greenville Avenue, Knox-Henderson, Mockingbird Station, Uptown, and Snyder Plaza. Come and enjoy being in the most walkable area of Dallas. The Grenada, for example, is only a few blocks away. No worries over parking or catching an Uber. You can walk there in 5 minutes. If you are flying into Dallas and don't want to rent a car, you can get to The Carriage House many different ways. DFW: The most economical way is to use the Orange Line on DART, accessed from Terminal A at DFW. Get off at Mockingbird Station. From there you can walk 15 minutes south to the Carriage House, OR take DART bus 24 Via McMillan. Stop at Morningside Ave. We are only steps from this corner. Love Field: You can also access the Orange Line on DART, however, you'll have to take the Love Link Dart bus to Inwood/Love Station. From there, the directions to the Carriage House are the same as above. Also, check out SuperShuttle, a shared ride service from either airport. As always, there are taxis, Uber and Lyft. I'm a traveler at heart, and although I get excited about planning my next adventure away from home, I think it's safe to say that Dallas is a wonderful vacation destination. We have some of the best food in the world, a proliferation of sports and music venues, great theatre and other entertainment events, a lively art scene and tremendous shopping! I love my city, come see us! Beautiful guest house near DFW/ATT

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!

Great location! Only 18 minutes from DFW Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Ft. Worth with easy access to Dallas. Home is fully furnished. The Secondary Unit is dedicated to Airbnb. Only One (1) Guest is permitted at the property, No children No pets. Breaking the rules will mean forfeiture of your funds and immediate removal from the property. The property includes total privacy, large kitchen, den, dinette and bathroom. Private driveway with coded private entrance, Arlo Security, Wi-Fi.

Serene Luxury Guesthouse

Located between Southlake and Westlake, we’re 7 miles from Grapevine and 13 from Fort Worth. The pool is great in summer and we boast a covered patio and grill area. A great spot for family events, work in Westlake or Grapevine strolls. We're 20 minutes from DFW airport and Texas Motor Speedway! We're wonderful and comfy! We're a home not a resort though. We live here and sometimes you will find little messes! The mower out or a busy driveway! We always work to accommodate for you!

Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Cozy and private, this cottage is 7 minutes from Denton's historic square and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and other activities. If you're looking for a little hideaway, this place is for you! Sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or go for an evening stroll. It is ready for any season! The cottage provides covered parking, Smart TV, full kitchen for cooking, and washer and dryer units.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
