It features a private front door entrance and is fully equipped with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom is a queen-sized bed ensuite, while the other has two twin beds. Enjoy the sunny lounge and hotel style kitchenette. Approx 1,000 sqft living space, you'll have plenty of room to work, relax, or enjoy your time here in comfort.

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Knotty pine finishes, Quartz countertop, maple tiles in the bathroom, parking in backyard under 24/7 cameras record (1 spot available) or on street parking (unlimited time). Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

Located minutes from MSU campus and walking distance to downtown Lansing. The apartment has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.

Welcome to the Beech House! The space is ideal for either solo travelers or couples, with the historic Michigan State Capitol building being visible from the front yard. The house is located close to the River Trail, which is perfect for going for a run, walking to REO Town or the downtown area, or just experiencing the quaint elements of the Grand River.
