The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The cottage is located on an organic farm. We have a staff onsite that is always buzzing around and happy to help you answer any questions you may have. We have a Wood Fire brick oven bakery on site as well. This is not just any Farm anyone who visits will understand the love that surrounds us! This cottage is not just a place to stay but an AMAZING experience as well!
