Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella North)

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

This first-floor apartment is located in a renovated historic building near Stetson University and downtown DeLand. Our studio apartment is pet friendly and sleeps 4 comfortably. 5 minutes to downtown and only 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away. Full kitchen, Qn Bed and Futon. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this bungalow just two blocks from downtown DeLand. Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated cottage that has a touch of the past. This home was built in the 1920's and was relocated in 1983. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property or inside of home.
