Cabin Located Next to Pool on 5 acres

The Cabin is located on a 5 acre block in Leanyer. The top acre is laid out in tropical setting with the rest planted out with native plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Our place is only 2 minutes to a supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 20 minutes to Darwin CBD. The bathroom is a shared facility with other guests. If you are after a facility with its own Bathroom check out The Studio on our property. Pets please check with us first before booking.

Our modern, fully self-contained, one-bedroom guesthouse is the perfect place to explore Darwin and its surrounds. It's one of the few Airbnbs around with a pool (but it's very hot in Darwin, so we may need to use it occasionally too). It’s 1-bedroom but we have two foldout single beds that can accommodate an extra child or two. It's the bottom floor of our elevated home, but is completely separate with its own entrance. You may hear the odd footstep above, but we do our best to tiptoe.

Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. The unit includes lounge room, bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, oven, cooking essentials. There is one private car space. There is a garden at the back with seating & laundry with washing machine.
