This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! Don't want to drive minutes to world famous Lawrencetown Beach? That's okay, The Blue Emerald has a dock to use and an accessible shoreline.

( unfortunately closed this season from November-April) A paddle boat and kayaks are available for use. BYOB ( bring your our boat) Dock on property, boat launch access at nearby community centre. 1500 sq ft cozy home can comfortably sleep 10 people.
