We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty located at the end of a bridleway/track on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub. We can accommodate two adults and a child (additional charge for 3rd person)

The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
