We intend this space to be something of a sanctuary for ourselves, & invite you to do the same. Small Room in walkable location

My room is a place to get a good night sleep, but is not suitable to stay in all day. Walk to local colleges. If you are afraid of Carpenter bees, please don't book in the summer. They don't bite or sting. Pollinators for my flowers and berry bushes and I will not exterminate them. They hibernate in the winter months. No smoking, drugs and alcohol allowed is this house or anywhere outside on the premises. Please don't book this room if you need to smoke or vape or drink alcohol. There is no TV.

Mayor Sponsored and Inspired Block Fresh & Clean!

Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

Apartment is private with a nice (motion detected) lighted brick and concrete path to entrance w patio around back. No stairs. Must be a non smoker!

You may smoke there if you like ( please ask for an ashtray 🙂) Close to train, shopping, and Philadelphia airport, etc. Short walk to Ridley Park Lake and school running track. The clean modern master bath will be shared. Access to your private room does require climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor.
