We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Relax and enjoy the real wood burning fireplace on a cool night or enjoy the peaceful fire pit on our beautiful 3/4 acre wooded lot. Watch wildlife from the wraparound deck with a lovely pond view where you can fish. The hot tub awaits after a long day of enjoying the smokies! For a final special touch enjoy the beautiful romantic heart tub. This little cabin is a perfect romantic escape.

1.6 miles to Downtown 2.2 miles to UT Campus 11 miles to TYS Airport Hang out in the Hot Tub, Make s'mores by the fire, then curl up on the memory foam mattress and watch a movie. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.
