NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Welcome to the historic Abingdon Donkey Lodge, a farm stay on the Creeper Trail. We're waterfront too, and have sweet, fuzzy donkeys to pet. Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. We host up to 2 guests ages 12 and over. No pets, please. Two parking spaces. Please read all details before booking. Cats may visit you. NO CLEANING FEE.

The 510. Vacation home in the heart of Damascus

Bring everyone along to The 510 for your next adventure in Damascus! With every amenity you may need during your stay, this farmhouse provides ample room for everyone. Located 1 block away from The Virginia Creeper Trail and 3 blocks away from Main St. downtown Damascus. Ride your bikes directly to the trail, or walk to one of Damascus' many bike shuttle services. Enjoy the town park located beside the river right across the street from your home, or enjoy our grill and fire ring each evening.

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.
