The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Sunday to Sunday Summer Rentals Family Fun house (6 bed 4 bath) comes equipped with all of the modern conveniences of home including 7 flat screen TV’s, cable, wi-fi, and 2 Jacuzzi tubs! Your little ones will also feel at home with the comfort of a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and baby gates for their safety. Easy 8 minute walk to the beach, straight down a neighborhood street. Assorted bicycles, beach chairs, wagon, games, pool toys, are all included for guests use!

The property is located directly on deep water, so not suitable for children under 12! Guest can enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, and paddle boarding! NO PET POLICY !

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
