The villa is built on one of the nicest places on Coral Estate, with a spectacular 180 degree view on the Caribbean Sea. The villa designed around the centrally located kitchen with bar. Under the large palaparoof of the porch you sit in the shade and there is always a breeze blowing. From the spacious pool deck you step into the infinity pool. The villa is detached, has a spacious living room with a large kitchen with bar, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a tropical garden.

The property is a 5-10 minute walk from Parasasa beach and Pirate bay and it's a 5 minute drive to the city center of Willemstad where many restaurants and places of interest are located. Other popular beaches such as Mambo, Kokomo, Blue bay are a 15-minute drive away. The airport is a 15-minute drive away. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the house.
