Fall asleep listening to the peepers and gazing at the stars, drink your morning coffee while looking out at the cattle grazing in the fields.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Each bedroom has memory foam queen mattress, 2 couches with full size memory foam pull out and 1 with queen pull out, this place comfortably sleeps 12. Includes access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus & high-speed internet although we recommend relaxing on the beach.

Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Close to Bates, 30 to Bowdoin & 1 hr to Colby, and lakes, parks and trails. And a hop skip and a jump to the beach.

This getaway features two spacious bedrooms plus an upstairs bedroom loft, sleeping up to 6 with ease. The large bathroom is accessed by both the master bedroom and living room and features on-site laundry. For guests who love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped and the deck is a perfect place to relax in the summer and enjoy the view. In colder seasons guests are encouraged to cozy up by the wood-burning stove or use the outdoor BARREL SAUNA.
