Just 10 minutes from Inverness and Beauly and 5 mins from the NC500, the farmhouse is an ideal base for exploring the Highlands while enjoying the quiet of the countryside. Perfect for two families or groups of up to 10 guests, with estate walks and frequent wildlife sightings, including red squirrels, osprey, roe deer and pine martens. After a day exploring, relax in the outdoor hot tub under the Highland sky.

Traditional Highland Farmhouse

A traditional, light and cosy farmhouse set on the Black Isle in the Highlands of Scotland. The house is surrounded by organic farmland, with a vegetable patch and polytunnel just outside the garden. We would be delighted to sell you seasonal organic produce for your stay. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. The farm is owned by Black Isle Brewery - you are only 500 yards from the brewery itself! Ideal country retreat for friends and families.

Waterfront Farmhouse with Hot Tub by Loch Ness

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Seaside House in the village of Avoch, Highland.

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Avoch, 12 miles north of Inverness. Perfectly situated for exploring the area and close to the NC500 route. A wood burning stove features in the living/dining room. There are 3 bedrooms , 2 king-size upstairs which share a bath/shower/WC. The downstairs twin room, has a shower room and WC next to it for easy access. The enclosed private garden has stunning views over the Moray Firth. Perfect for outdoor living. Families and small groups are welcome.

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Old Steading is a charming cosy 2-bedroom cottage, in a beautiful & tranquil location on The Black Isle. The home is suitable for up to 4 people. Guests have exclusive use of the cottage and a large comfortable log cabin, with wood burning stove in the garden, which overlooks the Cromarty Firth & Ben Wyvis mountain. The cottage is located 2 miles outside Culbokie within a small hamlet and is an ideal base for exploring the local Highland area or touring the "North Coast 500".

The cottage boasts a number of creature comforts including wood burner, underfloor heating, sauna, freestanding bath and rainfall shower. Steps from the front door to a picturesque bay and stone beach. To the rear, the cottage has views of the Wyvis range and Fyrish Monument. Sheep graze in the field behind the cottage. On the NC500, only 20 miles north of Inverness.

Kinkell Castle Cottage

Kinkell cottage is quite simply, perfect. A special, romantic one bed cottage that holds so much character and charm, guests never want to leave. The property sits at the foot of Kinkell Castle, an enchanting building that has been lovingly restored, making it a view in itself to enjoy while sipping on your morning cuppa from the front of the cottage. While the castle is close, it's un-intrusive and the cottage feels incredibly private.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Your home away from home. Beautiful accommodation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cosy upstairs snug with glass wall with views over the living room. Wood burning stove takes centre stage within the living room, initial logs and matches will be provided. The house is surrounded walking trails and the welcoming sight of horses in the next field. Close to the NC500 route.

Red Hut 500

This wood lined hut is set in a beautiful rural location with a pond and surrounded by wildlife. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this peaceful and relaxing setting. Hot tub hire is available but this must be booked separately. We need to know in advance if you require the hot tub so that it is ready for use when you arrive. We charge £25 per night for the hot tub. The hot tub needs to be paid for on arrival
