Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

This 17th century character cottage has been delightfully modernised and is full of unique features. It's situated on the Trevose Headland, just three miles outside of Padstow. This complex of old attached farm buildings have been lovingly restored and now provide wonderful coastal accommodation with easy access to Mother Ivey's Bay just beyond the garden path!, with Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay & the National trust Headland only moments away. One where you can step outside and jump straight into the crystal clear waters or watch the waves from the comfort of the conservatory overlooking the beautiful beach. It is the perfect accommodation for special family holiday. In school half terms, July and August the apartment is only available as a weekly rental.
