Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

A 5 bedroom semi detached house with front and back garden and large decking area with seating at the back (two bedrooms are available with a double and two singles). The other 3 bedrooms are locked and empty when guests are staying.

Enjoy your favourites 🎞 whilst being connected very well to the garden, watch out for the squirrels 🐿 that love to check up on you at the door, and the occasional fox.
