Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Welcome to The Garden Room, our studio mini-flat above the garage in our cottage grounds, loved by friends and family. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people, or a longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.
