The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

We live in the property below so will be on hand most of the time. Dependant on our availability we may be able to offer airport pick up. The property also has a sofa bed in the living room , providing two sleeping areas.

I am renting out my small double room and flat in a unique church conversion, formerly the vicar’s quarters, while I am away from Glasgow. The room is on the upstairs floor of a small ‘mews’ and looks out onto the spire through a velux window. It is located within 5 mins walking distance from local shops and amenities, including a train station (Queen’s Park), which is two stops away from Glasgow Central and close to buses 4, 5, 6 which all go to the centre.
