It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
