Unique Hobbit House with Garden, Fire Pit & Views

Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

The lodge, 3 bedroom cottage

A homely cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for hill walking and cycling . The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a mile to the nearest pub yet just 10-15 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks if you have a dog that needs a run! Next door is the Nook so why not book there to if you need more room

Gaer Hall Guilsfield a country mansion with hottub

Gaer Hall with hot tub is a fantastic place for groups of friends and families to explore the area, relax, unwind, and have fun. We are an hour and a half from the coast Zip World / Bounce Below and 10 minutes away from Offas Dyke path. Walks start at the end of our drive. Dog and child friendly. A supermarket, PO, and 2 pubs with restaurants are within 15 minutes walk. Airbnb rules "Parties or events not allowed". We can provide additional beds eg for children. There are cots,& high chairs

Fox&Hare cottages sleep 16 hot tub & wild swimming

A pair of traditional farm cottages transformed into one stylishly connected property for multi-generational celebrations with large summer/dining room for 16, 2 TV/sitting rooms, 2 kitchens, games area, garden room & gardens. Near to local wedding venues inc Pimm Hill, Rowton Castle etc. The properties include quality furnishings including Sanderson, Voyage and Christian Lacroix. We have river meadows with access to River Severn for experienced swimmers and for fishing off the riverbanks.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Hollybush Cottage is full of character with a garden and stream. It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room has a log burner and QLED TV. Super fast fibre broadband throughout.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

Annex in The School House

This recently renovated stylish open-plan annex is perfect for couples, offering a modern, comfortable space. With local pubs, scenic walks, and easy access to Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Welshpool, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing or active getaway. There is a welcoming local pub a couple of minutes walk serving traditional pub food all week and a fantastic Sunday carvery. Set in 24 acres, overlooking Welshpool, a stone barn recently converted to a high standard. Backing onto woodland with quiet pathways taking you into Leighton and beyond. Providing comfortable accommodation for those wishing to explore the many natural and historical delights mid Wales and Shropshire has to offer. You are renting the entire property. All are welcome, along with your pets. Located near to Offa's Dyke Path. Many other walking and cycling routes.
