Guests can expect a clean house with just about all the amenities that you will need. The living room has two oversized twin pullout beds. This option makes the space ideal for a family vacation. The kitchen is equipped with the essential items needed to prepare meals. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and an ultra comfortable bed.

This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request.
