Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

Apartman Medena 1 nalazi se u gradu Cresu u predjelu Melin II u prizemlju privatne kuće. Udaljenost od centra i plaže iznosi 250 m.
