The River House is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Relaxing Log Cabin on the Aus able River. The River House offers an Outdoorsman atmosphere with Bear/Elk/Fish Mounts but also has a “Unique” fine glass art package for the Ladies. Enjoy over 250Ft of River frontage. (Fly Fishing, Kayaking, Tubing, Canoeing) or Enjoy a Good Book with a Cup of Coffee. In the evenings relax with a Bonfire and a glass of wine. Plan a romantic trip or play cards in The Gazebo with your friends while enjoying a few cocktails

In warm weather, step to our private beach on a clear, sandy-bottom lake perfect for swimming, wading, fishing, boating, etc. When the weather cools off, enjoy miles of trails for walking, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Ski at Hansen Hills or bundle up and go ice fishing. We are about 10 minutes from the Manistee and Au Sable for fly fishing, canoeing, and tubing.

Lake Margrethe is a beautiful 1920 acre all sports lake, which has nearly 3 miles of undeveloped State of Michigan shoreline. This smoke free cabin sleeps two and is ideal for a couple's private getaway.
