Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. A traditionally built Shepherds Hut that sleeps two people. Life inside the shepherds hut is compact, but you have a beautiful en-suite, with shower. A fixed double bed. A small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a tv and wood burning stove to keep you toasty and warm. Private garden, with chiminea, covered gas BBQ area. There are two pubs in the village that serve good food and both are in walking distance. Pets fee is £5 pn per pet. Parking for 1 car.
