Welcome to Noonmark, our year round lakefront cottage! Enjoy excellent lake and mountain views from a new custom deck and Noonmark's extended dock. You will have access to a beach, a canoe and 2 kayaks - the water is just 15 yards from the deck! Noonmark is a 10 minute walk to quaint shops, restaurants and parks on Main Street. Kid's nook with bed, kitchen and bathroom recently updated with new appliances. Cozy living space and lakeside fire pit will help you wind down after exploring the ADKs.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Birches at 4 Seasons Cottages 4th Lake, Old Forge

Birches Cottage is part of Four Seasons Cottages on 4th lake. Birches is a cozy camp with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub and shower. It is very near our sandy beach where we have Adirondack chairs for guests to use while watching the sunrise over the Lake. We only rent by the week in July and August with check in and out only on Saturdays. we have Adirondack chairs on beach, WIFI TV pillows, blankets/comforters, please bring your own sheets and towels.

The Covered Bridge Cottage- Ausable Riverfront

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Blooming Studio

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 3 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.
