Secluded 30 Acres | Hot Tub, Sauna, Pet-Friendly

The property offers a great location on 30 acres, perfect for enjoying the outdoors with activities like mushroom picking, hunting, and hiking through the woods. The completely renovated house features a hot tub, sauna, a 3-season room with electric fireplace, and 3 bedrooms 2 w/king beds and 1 with 3 full-size beds. It's just a 15-minute drive to South Haven and 24 minutes to St. Joseph, both of which have an abundance of wineries, beaches, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions nearby.

Up North

Up North and its sister cabin Green Acres are both comfortable one bedroom cabins with screened in decks on a wooded setting. There is a trail right outside the front door that leads to a sitting area on the Black River. The river is shallow with a sandy bottom. Perfect for dogs that love to swim. Along the way you’ll see the best of nature including creeks, ravines, hills, and probably some wildlife. The cabins are only 10 minutes away from South Haven’s world class beaches and restaurants.

The Gathering place is a "barndominium" studio that sleeps 4 comfortably, just 10 miles to South Haven beaches and SW Michigan wine trails. Relax in the studio and private patio with family or invite some friends and park a camper right outside! This unique space offers a full hookup for friends to join! The studio feature a king size bed with a full size mattress that slides underneath. Stay comfortable with AC, electric fireplace, WIFI, TV, gas grill, patio with firepit and hot tub!

Right across the street from Paw Paw Lake and a short 15-20 min drive to Lake Michigans most breathtaking beaches in the coastal towns of St. Joseph and South Haven.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
