Every room has electric heating, underfloor in the bathroom. You can hear the waves from the window, and stroll to the beach in a minute. No weed-killer is used in our garden or orchard. There is plenty of insect and bird life, and apples in the autumn. WiFi, electricity, pets and extra guests are free. There are no extras.
