Just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and within easy reach to all of Durham City, this studio offers guests a flexible space while visiting the area. The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a 150 year old Grade II listed property, located within the Durham City conservation area. It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. Rose cottage offers guests stylish, comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings, a small furnished courtyard and complimentary guest parking.

Forge Cottage

We have recently updated this cottage ---- with a new kitchen with a proper hob and oven, and also replaced all the windows and even the front door ! The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Ideal for couples, or people traveling on their own, the cottage is a great location for local attractions such as Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle, Kilhope lead mining museum etc., but it's also great for those looking for peace and quiet and country walks !!

The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. Inside you'll find a comfy king size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; toaster; toasted sandwich maker and a portable dual plug-in hob. The Oaks is attached to our home. It has its own private entrance from the outside and internal doors are locked. It is an ensuite room set out like a hotel room. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME AND IS NOT SUITED FOR A ROMANTIC/ PASSIONATE NIGHT AWAY BUT FOR GUESTS WANTING A PEACEFUL GETAWAY.. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.
