Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Fresh, airy and spacious Bingara Bungalow is the perfect base to explore Bingara, or sit and enjoy the comforts of its central location. The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Killarney Cottage is a fully renovated mid-century cottage, set in the New England's peaceful countryside. It is set on 6 acres, just 15 minutes west of Inverell & 20 minutes from Copeton Dam. Relax in a tranquil, rural setting with no close neighbours & only the dogs, chickens & wildlife for company. You may even be lucky enough to see one of our resident koalas!

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.

Cumquat Cottage

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.
